Week Commencing 10th July 2017:
There's still the underlying focus on upper body strength but the week will kick off with some high-percentage work on your Front Squat. Front Squat is vitally important to improve and maintain your Clean (and Jerk) as well as providing added strength for your Back Squat.
On the vein of upper body strength, there'll be progressions and work on pull ups, specifically chest-to-bar. Thursday will be technical skills and then a Snatch EMOM to reinforce that learning.
None of the above would work very well without excellent core strength so Friday will be dedicated to dynamic mid-line accessory work.
A varied week and diverse week again whilst maintaining focus on the monthly objective.
Remember that everything is scaled to your ability and there's always progressions that you can work through in the classes.
