So I'm Chelsea and I refuse to be fat and thirty (although it's a fair few years off yet!) I joined Form back in Easter 2016 after my friend had raved about Crossfit and bombarded me with loads of YouTube videos.
It seemed like a perfect choice as it's a 5 minute walk from work- no excuses!
I had been a member of a 'standard' gym but unless it was a machine I didn't really know what I was doing. I knew no one as people didn't really talk and to be honest I felt like a number- that couldn't be further from the way Form works!
I was so nervous when I first walked in because I thought everyone was going to be super fit and judging. I think it's the quietest I've ever been during Oscar's session!
I was so wrong. The moment you walk in you are met with energy and welcomes from everyone . Everyone is celebrated whether finishing first or last.
Everyone is willing to help and wants you to succeed in your goals. I'm excited about my training and where I'm heading with the help and support of Form. I'm 20lb down and can do so much more than I ever thought I could do with the encouragement of all the coaches and members, who have become great friends.
We value Chelsea as a member. The energy she brings to each session is something that everyone else seems to feed off; Chelsea tackles everything whole-heartedly regardless of it being something new or familiar.
From the moment you walk in to when you're having your post-wod coffee we love having you around Chelsea!
