Taster - your chance to have a look around and try an hour long class for free. Get in touch to see when the next taster sessions are running.
Foundation - a two week course (6 sessions total) that gives you all the movements to prepare you for Crossfit and Form Fitness. Pearls of wisdom from our expert coaches will ensure you have the knowledge to move safely and efficiently in all your workouts.
Fast class - half an hour of metabolic conditioning to get your heart rate up and the endorphins flowing. All with time left over for a shower and a sandwich before you head back to your desk. Classes listed on the timetable.
Do I have to commit?
There's no 12 month contract to sign, no termination fees or penalties for cancelling your membership.
Membership fees are paid monthly; if a month is a little too long term then pick up a batch of 10 classes and we'll throw two in free. Simply ask at reception or email and we'll get back to you ASAP.
What's Form Fitness/Crossfit?
Crossfit is constantly varied, functional fitness movements performed at high intensity. Our facilities are brand new ad our coaching is world class (you will feel right at home in no time). There is loads more info here.
Form Fitness is a specially designed fitness class programme which will help anyone and everyone acheive their fitness goals - lose weight, get fitter, feel stronger or gain confidence. More info here.
Anyone is capable of joining and enjoying either programme - no matter your age, skill level or fitness.
Epic community spirit is thrown in free with both.
Can I park on site?
Absolutely - there's plenty of free parking here for you to leave your wheels while you work up a sweat.
Are there showers?
Yup, we have hairdryers too so you can leave clean, pumped and dry!
Can I just drop in?
Absolutely - we welcome Crossfitters from other Crossfit boxes too. Classes are £10 each, a little extra for the fresh coffee and the shirt that will call to you on the way out.
